Annette began her career in financial services more than 17 years ago with a focus on helping people recognize financial goals, setting a plan to pursue them, and protecting themselves along the way with a complete financial plan. She has grown in her career through referrals from clients who understand the benefits of working with an advisor who sees people and their goals without limitations of account sizes.

Outside of the office, Annette has served on the Board of Directors for Hamburg High School's Academy of Finance for many years, making connections with students and staff to develop an early understanding of good financial habits. She actively participates in annual charitable events including The Ride for Roswell, the nation’s largest cycling event which brings people together to celebrate cancer survivors, pay tribute to those we’ve lose, and raise funds for cancer research. Julianne began her journey in the financial industry more than 25 years ago, first as a coach and then as an advisor with M&T bank before, most recently, founding her own firm, Turning Tides Financial, LLC, in 2013.

Julianne’s decision to branch out independently comes from an affinity she feels for people who are experiencing sudden change in their lives, such as the death of a spouse, unexpected retirement, and especially divorce. Her ideal client is facing financial upheaval in the midst of emotional turmoil and is looking for a financial advocate to be part of their team.
