Janine Ferrara

Janine joined Silver Grove in June 2025 following a successful career in pharmaceutical and healthcare sales, where she specialized in relationship management and client education. For many years, she worked closely with physicians and clinical staff to raise awareness about specific medical conditions and deliver life-saving treatments to patients.

In 2020, during the pandemic, Janine chose to pause her career to focus on her family. With a background in education and a B.S. in Education, she supported her children through remote learning, ensuring they stayed engaged and on track.

Blending her strengths in sales, education, and relationship building, Janine transitioned into the financial services field as Silver Grove’s Retirement Plan Development Manager. In this role, she focuses on identifying and growing 401(k) retirement plan opportunities, while continuing to deepen her knowledge of the financial industry. Her passion for helping others and building meaningful connections is a natural fit for this work.

Janine lives in the Southtowns with her husband and two children. Outside the office, she enjoys cheering on her kids in baseball, basketball, volleyball, and snowboarding. She also loves swimming, cooking, reading, going to concerts, and spending time at the beach with family and friends.
