Jason J. Weber
Jason began his financial career in 2008, and just four short years later, he and his business partner, Ryan Seufert, co-founded Silver Grove Financial Group, Inc.
They had a clear vision: To build an advisory practice that focused entirely on the client—one with no restrictions on the options he can offer his clients to help them work toward their financial goals.
Whether it is in a personal, professional, or financial capacity, Jason loves to help people be the best person they can be and takes every opportunity to raise funds for charitable organizations. Some that are particularly close to his heart include the Semper Fi Fund, the Fourteen Holy Helpers School in Buffalo, New York, and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
Jason’s hobbies include running and hunting. He has successfully completed all six of the Abbott World Marathon Majors, finding himself in a rarefied by growing group of people who have achieved this goal. (The Abbott World Marathon Majors is a series of six of the largest and most renowned marathons in the world: Tokyo, Boston, London, Berlin, Chicago, and New York City.) He now has his sights set on hiking all forty-six of the Adirondack High Peaks.
Jason’s ideal client wants to get their finances in order and is looking for an accountability partner to meet with who will help them make sure their investments are on track with their goals. This client embraces the long-term investment strategy, but they understand that “life happens” and are willing to make adjustments when necessary.
Jason currently lives in Hamburg, New York, with his wife, Maria, their daughter, Audrey, their son, Ethan, and their wiener dog, Pistol.

Ryan D. Seufert
Ryan began his financial career in 2008, and just four short years later, he and his business partner, Jason Weber, co-founded Silver Grove Financial Group, Inc.
They had a clear vision: To build an advisory practice that focused entirely on the client—one with no restrictions on the options he can offer his clients to help them work toward their financial goals. In starting their own business, Ryan was also motivated by the additional freedom that it offered—both in the options he is able to offer his clients and in the clients he’s able to service.
Since Silver Grove is both an advisory firm and a SEC Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), not only can Ryan assist individuals and companies with their financial goals, he can also assist other independent financial advisors and financial firms with their professional goals.
Ryan loves new challenges and is constantly looking for interesting new business opportunities. He loves to help people think of ways to be successful and get ahead. In July of 2014, he was named in Buffalo's Business First as one of Western New York's top 30 people under 30, an award that considers career achievements, leadership and initiative, community engagement, and each nominee's potential to become a leader on a grand scale.

Katie Seitz
Katie joined the Silver Grove team in March of 2021 as a part-time administrative assistant. After working in the hospitality industry for more than 20 years—and owning her own bistro for five of those years—she made a significant career change when her son was born to ensure a better work-life balance.
Katie has a service approach at the heart of everything she does. A graduate of Niagara University’s College of Hospitality, she lived and worked in Washington, DC, for more than nine years. During that time, she worked at two premier country clubs and a top-tier catering company, which was hired by the United States Golf Association to manage the catering of the corporate hospitality tents at the Golf U.S. Opens.
In 2015, she returned home to Buffalo to be closer to her family and fulfilled her lifelong dream of owning a restaurant. She opened Homegrown Bistro in January 2016 and operated successfully in the village of Orchard Park until December 2020.
After getting to know Jason and Ryan over the years of their breakfasts at the bistro, she decided to join the Silver Grove Financial Group team where she now puts her service and relationship expertise to work as she creates connections with our clients and the community. She also enjoys being active with local charitable organizations, spearheading Silver Grove Financial Group’s Giving Project.
Katie is native to the Southtowns and currently lives in Orchard Park, New York, with her husband, son, Poodle, Chip and Golden Doodle, Delaney.

Her background and experience quickly made her an integral part of the team.
Anne-Marie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering and a Master’s degree in Aeronautical Science, specializing in Aerospace Business and Human Factors, from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
