Jason J. Weber
Jason began his financial career in 2008, and just four short years later, he and his business partner, Ryan Seufert, co-founded Silver Grove Financial Group, Inc.
They had a clear vision: To build an advisory practice that focused entirely on the client—one with no restrictions on the options he can offer his clients to help them work toward their financial goals.
Whether it is in a personal, professional, or financial capacity, Jason loves to help people be the best person they can be and takes every opportunity to raise funds for charitable organizations. Some that are particularly close to his heart include the Semper Fi Fund, the Fourteen Holy Helpers School in Buffalo, New York, and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
Jason’s hobbies include running and hunting. He has successfully completed all six of the Abbott World Marathon Majors, finding himself in a rarefied by growing group of people who have achieved this goal. (The Abbott World Marathon Majors is a series of six of the largest and most renowned marathons in the world: Tokyo, Boston, London, Berlin, Chicago, and New York City.) He now has his sights set on hiking all forty-six of the Adirondack High Peaks.
Jason’s ideal client wants to get their finances in order and is looking for an accountability partner to meet with who will help them make sure their investments are on track with their goals. This client embraces the long-term investment strategy, but they understand that “life happens” and are willing to make adjustments when necessary.
Jason currently lives in Hamburg, New York, with his wife, Maria, their daughter, Audrey, their son, Ethan, and their wiener dog, Pistol.

Katie Seitz
Katie joined the Silver Grove team in March of 2021 as a part-time administrative assistant. After working in the hospitality industry for more than 20 years—and owning her own bistro for five of those years—she made a significant career change when her son was born to ensure a better work-life balance.
Katie has a service approach at the heart of everything she does. A graduate of Niagara University’s College of Hospitality, she lived and worked in Washington, DC, for more than nine years. During that time, she worked at two premier country clubs and a top-tier catering company, which was hired by the United States Golf Association to manage the catering of the corporate hospitality tents at the Golf U.S. Opens.
In 2015, she returned home to Buffalo to be closer to her family and fulfilled her lifelong dream of owning a restaurant. She opened Homegrown Bistro in January 2016 and operated successfully in the village of Orchard Park until December 2020.
After getting to know Jason and Ryan over the years of their breakfasts at the bistro, she decided to join the Silver Grove Financial Group team where she now puts her service and relationship expertise to work as she creates connections with our clients and the community. She also enjoys being active with local charitable organizations, spearheading Silver Grove Financial Group’s Giving Project.
Katie is native to the Southtowns and currently lives in Orchard Park, New York, with her husband, son, Poodle, Chip and Golden Doodle, Delaney.
Anne-Marie Gaul
Anne-Marie joined the Silver Grove team in February 2022 as an Executive Assistant. Prior to this, she worked as a Senior Aerospace Engineer, first in Buffalo and later in Virginia. After the birth of her first son, Anne-Marie and her husband made the decision to return to Buffalo to raise their family near loved ones, at which point she stepped back from her engineering career to focus on being at home with their children.
Teamwork is central to Anne-Marie's approach in all that she does. She brings a collaborative and leadership-oriented mindset to her role at Silver Grove, an approach rooted in her prior professional experience. After moving back to Buffalo, she worked part-time at Fleet Feet Sports as their Training Program Coordinator and No Boundaries Coach, where she trained over a thousand new runners to achieve their running goals. She also worked in retail at Park Edge Sweet Shop in South Buffalo. When the pandemic began, Anne-Marie paused her work to manage remote learning for her three children. Post-pandemic, she was eager to return to the workforce and excited about the opportunity to join the Silver Grove team and learn about the financial industry. Her background and experience quickly made her an integral part of the team.
Anne-Marie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering and a Master’s degree in Aeronautical Science, specializing in Aerospace Business and Human Factors, from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Her engineering career involved the design and testing of various air and space vehicles, including jets, launch systems, and satellites, and her work spanned from wind tunnels and launch control rooms to testing and integration projects both nationally and internationally.
Originally from Lackawanna, Anne-Marie is a proud graduate of Mount Mercy Academy. She now lives in the Southtowns with her husband, their three children, and their Labrador Retriever. In her spare time, she enjoys running and cheering on the Buffalo Bills.
Julianne Incardona CDFA®
Julianne Incardona has spent over three decades in the financial industry and for her, helping
people navigate their financial lives is less a career and more something woven through everything
she does and everyone she serves.
She leads the Financial & Estate Planning Division at Silver Grove Financial Group, Inc., where her
work spans investment management, comprehensive financial planning, estate planning, and legacy
strategy. She also founded Turning Tides ~ Divorce Solutions, a specialized division offering
divorce financial analysis and strategy, holding the Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA®)
designation to guide that work.
At the heart of her practice is a simple belief: the people who need the most support aren't always
the ones with everything in order; they're often the ones in the middle of something hard, looking
for someone to help reduce the overwhelm and move forward with clarity and confidence. That's
exactly where she shows up best.
Outside the office, life is full and fun! Two dogs who think the couch is theirs, including a
100-pound American Bully with the spirit of a lap dog , and four cats (three of whom came with the
house in Hartland, NY and have never acknowledged anyone is in charge, but them) and all the pets keep things
lively! She and her family travel in their motorhome, affectionally known as the "party bus".
Animals are always in tow, and making new friends everywhere they go.
Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Julianne has called WNY home for over half her life and has earned her stripes as a die-hard Bills and Sabres fan, the kind that keeps the faith no matter the season!
She is proud to support local organizations making a difference in the community, to include the
Christmas Angel Giving Program through the Family Help Center, and the Akron Canine Rescue.

Andrew Brokx
Andrew grew up in Hamburg, NY, just outside the village, where he spent his time playing lacrosse and ski racing. He recently graduated from SUNY Buffalo State with an MBA in Business and a concentration in Management.
His path to wealth management wasn't a straight line — and that's given him a unique perspective on the value of hard work and sound decision-making. After three years at SUNY Geneseo, Andrew took a gap year to work as an electrician for his father's company. The experience instilled a strong work ethic and ultimately motivated him to return and finish his degree. During that time, he worked closely with his cousin Alex, who helped him narrow his focus and find his passion for wealth management.
Andrew is currently working toward his Series 65 license and is eager to bring a grounded, real-world approach to helping clients grow and protect what they've worked hard to build.
